As weird as it sounds, she's not entirely wrong. When the human body develops as either male or female, there are several things that can go wrong during that (like how intersex people exist). Some of these are so unnoticeable that they only actually effect the brain, which is extremely hard to examine and get data about. Granted, this is a gross oversimplification, but I digress.
