Trump is keeping his promises. If you voted for him, why would you now regret it?

For example trump making Elon musk his advisor and giving mark zuckerberg a role in the White House and trump making his fav fox reporter his Defense secretary

It doesn't actually matter if she's female, on second thought. As long as she's good at her job, that's all that matters. Gender doesn't matter in the workforce.
