Obviously, food being produced by companies wanting a profit isn't going to benefit you, but neither are cigarettes. Capitalism makes products for a low price without considering the effects on the citizens' health. Cool thing about capitalism, though, you can spend more to get something healthier if you want to spend a little money.
Nobody is forcing you to buy unhealthy things, they exist because they're cheap and quickly accessible.
These things, while unhealthy, are not going to kill you. They're bad for your health, but they're managed to a safe level.
