That can be with yourself, with a friend, or even with your partner. It doesn't take much to find the bad things in a day, but it takes true strength to find the good things in a day.
To hate is to have regrets, to be angry, to live in that constant state of depression and despair thinking that there's no one to help you. However, that's not true, there are so many people that love you with all their heart, but you just need to find your crowd.

Wake up to reality! Nothing ever goes as planned in this accursed world. The longer you live, the more you realize that the only things that truly exist in this reality are merely pain. suffering and futility. Listen, everywhere you look in this world, wherever there is light, there will always be shadows to be found as well. As long as there is a concept of victors, the vanquished will also exist. Here's a question to that statement: Judging that you're around the age of adolescence, how do you know that the longer you live, the longer you realize is pain, suffering, and futility? You don't know how the chapter is going to end, or turn out, until you flip to the next page. And even then, just because it's the end of one chapter, doesn't mean it's the end of your story.

Aging isn't the only way to gain experience of the world, seeing and learning from others is much faster way to know about it frickle And futile world There is no such thing as truth in this world. That is our reality, Isn't it ironic that sometimes the one you'd take a bullet for ends up being the one behind the trigger?

And don't you think this dark, grim reality would be better if you became the light? People do need you in this world, whether you like it or not, and that all comes down to love. You make people happier, if you made someone laugh, you're funny, if people talk to you, then you're a good person. As said before, it doesn't take much to hate, but it takes true strength to love and forgive.
To add on, you think I haven't been in the same predicaments that you have? I have been backstabbed, betrayed, hated on, and hurt at least once every year. Just a month ago one of my friends suddenly turned on me and started to hate on me every day. Now, let's put this in your perspective, I don't know what's in your life, but let's say there's one thing that makes you happy in your life every day, and one thing that makes you angry in your life every day. Which one would you prefer? If you chose the one that makes you happy, then you desire love, well everyone does.
And for your question, yes, it is ironic, but that word, sometimes, can change everything. Sometimes, there's not even a time, sometimes, there's not even anything at all. But when that time happens, don't be angry over it, don't hate, why would you regret and hate the past, when it's already gone? The best time to plant a seed was 10 years ago, and the second best time is now.
I have a challenge for you, a genuine challenge that could actually change your life if you stayed consistent: Journal, 10 minutes, fill up a page every night for 30 days. Vent all your angers, everything that has made you happy, and everything that has happened in that day. Now, I know it sounds boring, but it actually does change your life. You could play music in the background, or whatever, but just write. Write everything out, your heart, your thoughts everything. I say this to you today not because I think I'm smarter than you, or better than you, but because I love you, been in your predicament before, and want to see you grow.
