i saw it too recently and it was really good except for the fact that it felt like it was all over the place and they were kinda trying to cram each of the book’s concepts in the movie

but i haven’t read dog man in ages so maybe i can’t talk

I thought it was pretty coherent just a little fast

well i mean yeah, i just found it a little weird how the main conflict started like it feels like they were like “oh shit right flippy exists” so then they brought him back to life and rushed the rest of the movie from there
