in d&d there are 6 dice, each named after their number of sides
d4 (pyramid)
d6 (cube)
d8 (tetrahedron)
d10 (shaped like a top)
d12 (pentagon sides)
d20 (triangle sides)

I know there are dice but I never really figured out what was what
I would just have my friend roll for me
