rant I have about the pay gap that yall can choose to read or not | Nat keeps bringing up the "Pay gap" that women apparently face. The modern understanding of the term means that women tend to be paid less than men simply due to misogynistic employers. But that's disproven. The only reason men tend to get paid more then women is because there are more smart men than smart women, allowing for more men to be in STEM fields. This isn't to imply that men are inherently better, since there are also more dumb men than dumb women, showing that men only happen to have a larger biological distribution of intelligence than women do. Women also tend to be better than men when it comes to emotional intelligence, which also isn't reflected in IQ scores. Jobs in STEM fields are obviously much higher-paying than jobs that rely more on emotional intelligence, which therefore explains the pay gap. Teaching, for example, is a job usually dominated by women, while being a professor is a job usually done by men. An actually correct feminist would probably try to say that jobs relying on emotional intelligence should have higher salaries since more women work in those types of jobs. And considering that women actually control 51% of the wealth in the US, this means that the cited pay gap doesn't even matter, since they're still getting enough money anyway. | image tagged in silver s nostalgia template | made w/ Imgflip meme maker

This is completely correct

I have a hard time understanding why people can't understand why males and females have their inherent strengths and weaknesses

Because they live in an ideal delusional world

And like even in a PERFECT world where they magically think the exact same way, they still have biological differences where the man will always be biologically seen for supporting the woman, while the woman will always be biologically seen as the one to birth and then to care for the offspring

Yeah unfortunately, too many of those nowadays making their opinions known and claiming it's truth

And yes, the differences are not just mental
Men are physically stronger and are more suited to jobs like construction or more intellectually demanding opportunities
Women are better at emotional connections and understanding, extremely good for things like therapy and in some cases counseling

It's not that hard people

And the female body is literally designed EXCLUSIVELY to caring for children
