i slipped on ice and landed face-first on concrete.

Goddammit man, one look at the picture and I can feel pain on my face. I had a similar, but really stupid accident, long ago

I was running fast, I had my hands in my pockets like an idiot, and I tripped. I fell face first on the floor. The right side of my lip got cut open, and I had to get it stitched back together. My face is fine overall, but I have a permanent half-swollen lip.

Ooh, dumb injury story time! A few years ago I was at recess in school standing on the blacktop when one of the kids in my class accidentally bowls into me and I fall face first into the asphalt. I almost get a concussion. I vividly remember the following:
-Screaming in pain
-Profuse apology
-Panic
-Being asked my zip code, adress, and name every three hours I was asleep for one or two weeks (those were not fun weeks)
-Realizing that I fell with my head on Virginia, the state I live in (idk why that stuck out to me)

Also, a year ago, my brother ran into the corner of a wall and had to get staples in his head because it was cracked open. When his hair is short you can actually see the scar
