I mean that's good right???? If you look at transgender athletes a lot of them perform unusually well

Even if these policies are somehow trying to keep trans people safe and make sure their rights are as fair as everyone else's, they'll only increase negative perception of the community.

On top of that, federal forms will only recognize male and female genders. Not every Republican is against Lgbtq+ but they probably see gender orientation as separate from biological gender.

It is a step backward in Lgbtq+ rights, but at least it isn't the worst case scenario.
