how to stop shitting while at the gym? idk why, but it seems that almost every time i go to the gym, i have an inexplicable urge to shit. i’ve attempted to tackle this issue from many approaches. specifically tailoring my diet to decrease flatulence. also timing my meals such that ideally shitting would occur in the hours outside of my gym time. and yet, almost the second i drink my preworkout my body expresses the need for bowel evacuation. do yall have any advice for this? i stg it’s f**king up my vibe having to waste the peak preworkout effectiveness window on dropping fat logs instead of weights
