In the beginning of the movie (which is filler), while talking to his and Inuyasha's father in a flashback, Sesshōmaru appears to be around 18 in human years. 200 years later, he appears to be 19 in human years. That means that it takes him 200 years to age 1 human year. That makes him ~3,800 years old.
