i kinda did that for me but like a whole playlist for 2025 cuz since my memory is boosted by music, i can remember easily events if i relate them to a song. So i made a playlist of 53 musics 1 for each weeks of 2025 and i do my morning sport on it (aka my 1330 push up grind)
