in this movie called enders game (based off the book of the same title) there is a quote when the protagonist is talking to his sister. it goes a little like this: "in the moment i fully understand my enemy is the moment i destroy them, but in that moment i learn to love them." this is a rough paraphrase and you should look up "enders game love your enemy quote" or somting like that for the full quote.

i had my freind over for new years and on mew years eve we watched that movie. a couple weeks later at school they come up with the idea of: "before valentines day we make as many enemy as posible", and then referemces the quote mentioned. at that time we had another frend in the conversation and we had to explain it to them. this laead to someone having the idea to punch people in the face, and tell them your life story.

and thats the life story of this inside joke that i should have never brought up
