Two, don't force it, these kind of things come naturally. Three, if you're kissing her on the lips then you can't do it randomly. You need the right moment or it all either collapses or rarely gets laughed off

If she does know about your feelings towards her, take her to a quiet mellow place. Or somewhere with privacy. If you don't, still invite her to your house or smthn to confront your feelings toward her.
