Wind Waker is such an underated Zelda game, glad to see someone who respects it as much as I do.

I was shocked to find out when it released it was really hated for it's artstyle

But the game still holds up today because it didn't try to be realistic with limited graphics. I hope they eventually do more with it, considering the Wind Waker ended up being my favorite game ever.

Yeah I think people seemed to hate it because it was new and shocking kinda for the art style, but now we've gotten used to it.

I never actually completed it, I had a Wii u when I was little and played most of it but spent most of my time on super Mario 3d world. I hope to play is again someday, hoping it comes back on the switch or som 🙏

The good news is that Nintendo Switch Online has games up to N64 era, so with Switch 2 we might get a Gamecube emulator

But Nintendo also remasters a lot of their games from poorly sold consoles, and Wind Waker was released on Nintendo's two largest flops, so we'll probably see it.

A remaster would be awesome! But wasn't it technically remastered on the Wii U?
