I always used the browser version.

anyone who ever used imgflip has used the browser version, if you download the "app" it just redirects to the website on chrome, they just did it so that the website gets more popular

Issues that I experienced through my imgflip existence

1) Text boxes not being able to be moved
2) Drawing tool not working
3) Taking forever to upload a simple template
4) Not being able to submit an image to a stream because there is an ad behind the button
