Honestly, you should treat yourself. Go on a walk, listen to calming music, do something that'll make you feel more calm and at peace.
Personally, I'd like to practice my instruments and exercise. However, the thing I really think that would help you is journal. Write about the things that happened today, whether good or bad. I've been journalling for about 124 days now, and every single day felt like a movie from the day I started. A thing that'll keep you consistent with it is doing it before you go to bed, while listening to bossa nova or Beebadoobee. Trust me, I have built a lot of character, patience, and peace when doing it.
