To those who actually worry/care about me, here's the reason why I wasn't feeling right:
I was doing normal warm-up laps in gym, and I was reflecting as I normally do. I was asking myself "Am I ok? Am I just mentally ill?"
Which I'm not mentally ill, I just have severe anxiety. Obviously it's normal in growing teens, but something's not been right with me-
So I told coach (an absolute chill guy and a Chad) and went to guidance and talked to the counselor for a good 10-15 minutes and talked things out. She gave me a new coping mechanism and let me take a fidget toy, which I love to use sometimes. Then when I came back I went back to coach and he let me sit out since I'm not feeling well enough to participate.
