Okay hear me out on this, a big majority of therians tend to do quadrobics a lot which are really good exercise. Also even if they are "cringe" so what? You think someone is cringe for a hobby or trait or interest they have, or you think someone's hobby or trait or interest is cringe, they probably think that one of your hobbies or traits or interests is cringe too. Also can I point out how much courage it would take to proudly be yourself and admit that you're something that would, in pretty much 9,999,999/10,000,000 situations, get you immediately hated and told you're cringe and potentially even sent death threats or whatever?
