..um..anyways, yeah the radiation would most likely kill you first. to us, his dorsal plates are way too big to hurt you by being sharp because we're basically microscopic to them and the sharpness just wouldn't hurt you at that scale, but to other titans it's like he has knives on his back.

How the f**k would you even get up there in the first place, plus the radiation will slowly kill you

The radiation would still slowly kill you, and you would probably be impaled

but if you landed at the right spot and didn't take too long, I think you could live long enough to then take medication.
Or just walk onto him in a radiation-proof suit
