I was overweight once and lost it all there nothing set in stone in your face but yeah you definitely got good hair

Im not sure if you think your face is fat or ugly (it's not ugly)

But lifting your weights and walking and biking will make you lose weight reducing your face fat. Also just drinking your water and eating whole foods will help.
