Yes there is, first off, you find the root of why you became like this. It may take a while, but eventually you'll find it. For example, some of the roots are the negative things that happen to you daily.
Secondly, you genuinely try to change that, or watch some motivational/positive videos that help change your mindset.
Thirdly, find activities that you can help channel your anger in, some activities are going for a walk, exercising, and my favorite is journaling. (You can do all 3 like I do.)
Fourthly, be consistent, I PROMISE that in 30 days you'll be a completely different person, the hardest day is day one, and later on you'll just do that because you need to.
