I love how this is saying that people who have a birth condition or have been in an accident and lost certain abilities are no longer “normal people” even though everyone’s brains still work the same and the only difference is that they are unjustifiably harassed for something they can’t control.

The fact that this bingo is saying that if you aren’t “capable of normal human speech” thus, not having a speech impairment, you are “normal”, but if you struggle to speak because of a condition you’re not a “normal human” even though you’re still a human with emotions and feelings (Not trying to be rude to you btw)

I think the reference here is to people who verbalize without recurring to slang, slurs, or brain rot.
