Actually the it's probably because people use religion as an excuse to hate on us so we naturally develop a dislike for it

Dude, I’m fine with religion. I just don’t like when people use it as an excuse to be bigoted.

If you like Jesus then do so. Even though I do not practice the Christian religion, everyone is welcome here except for homo/transphobes and zoo/peds

Yeah, I agree, but disliking religion is not bigotry. Believing faith should be eradicated is not bigotry. It's the ability to see the best course of action for society at large, as most if not all bigotry comes from faith.

What if I dislike the LGBTQ? Is that bigotry? What if I believe that LGBTQ should not exist? Is that bigotry?

Argue it and I'll show you why it's bigotry.
It's not natural? Ad naturam fallacy.
God dislikes it? Ad baculum fallacy.
I just dislike it? Ad pasiones fallacy.

So things that help people live in this world shouldn't exist?

Ok, a question that is actually a question and not a strawman, nice.
Faith is the acceptance that some stuff can just be without an explanation or an experience.
To know something, we need one of two things, either direct evidence, and then we try to explain it (like gravity, being trans, etc) or the explanation comes as a conclusion of other explanations (electromagnetism, quantum physics, etc)
Faith is the acceptance of a supernatural mechanism that can be explained by a natural explanation or be expected to be explained with a natural explanation.
I myself do believe in the possibility of some level of god. A deus otiosus, that started the singularity and left the world to its own devices, but anything over that is childish, ridiculous and dangerous.

Research has repeatedly shown that people of faith report feeling better and healthier. One of the most striking findings in social epidemiology, Luhrmann notes, is that religious involvement with God is better for your body in terms of immune functions and reducing loneliness

Oh, ok yeah, that makes sense, deluding yourself to feel good is good because you get better health from feeling good. Like damn, maybe community makes people feel less lonely. Maybe it is not faith at all, but, as I said, the sense of community, that can be found from a fandom, a hobby or whatever.
And even if it was, faith is an enemy of reason, and thus make people more manipulable and less empathetic.
