Napstablook has magic, displayed by tears flowing upwards and turning into a hat, just like every other monster does.

Napstablook is Mettaton's cousin, and he is somehow related to Mad Dummy and Training Dummy (who people speculate is actually Napstablook, and scaring him out of the Dummy and then resetting has eventually built up to him being really anxious and depressed). All of the above mentioned characters are monsters.

Yeah sometimes people get triggered in any form of undertale community, but a lot less here. If you say Frisk or Chara are anything other than non-binary, you're cooked.
