Level 4 clearance… do you realise how heavily redacted and guarded and secretive your data file would have to be! Keter class is already the highest risk level and includes objects that are considered extremely dangerous and could potentially harm or even kill people if not properly contained. But you can’t be contained above ground. Only below the surface…
