For a first attempt, it looks decent. I would recommend to study into more of the anatnomy for the hand for more accuracy of the hand

I mean I couldn't draw hands until a few days ago and this is the best hand i can draw that I have drawn for the sake of this comment.

However I will say that this hand you have just drawn looks like that of Marie Curie and that you are aiming too high for your first attempt.

I've moved far past stick figures, and I found a way to avoid chernobyl hands. Draw little stumps for hands. If you really want fingers, try something like this. The first one is better for humans, second is like a paw.
