LITERALLY I have a friend who has ADHD and lemme tell you he acts like a normal person, having ADHD doesn't mean you're quirky or anything, it's just a disability that people have.

adhd is barely even something- it's just struggling to keep focused, and your body being overactive which sometimes is a good thing
