only problem is it's hard to find what I would consider to be actual breakcore, genre had gotten super diluted

yeah genres got kinda diluted into each other sometime in the 2000s and now everything is a mix of everything now
which I kinda like a bit tho

In some senses it's good
Interesting to see blends of genres, they can end up being the coolest

but with breakcore it is actively losing the part that made it interesting
