- food and water keeping you alive
- toiletries to keep you clean, if you have access
- a bed to sleep on, if you have access
- a home, if you have access
- money to keep at least the bare minimum going
- education if you go to school

oh and i forgot to add this because even i didnt realize it until thinking abt it more but especially if you believe in Him we have a loving God that cares for us! and there are many people in our lives that show care for us. if no one was there to care for you or care about you, you wouldnt be here today. yes even if you got here on your own, you can thank yourself too!
