I believe Uzi liked Thad in episode 1 and 2 but as she got to know N better her feelings for Thad were lost.

Plus I think she wouldn't have liked him for long anyway because she only liked him because he was the only person to ever bother to talk to her

She never really showed feelings for Thad other than blushing twice. N got the huge W.

I think they were gonna try something like that with Ep.2, since Thad was probably the most involved he's ever been, but all that went out the window in Ep. 3
