during an omegas heat they get needy and they leak from both sides, they leak from the ass and p**is with natural lube. this is for male omegas who are typically rare, They can also get pregnant and are soft and needy looking. during the heat they need someone to mate with them.. (sex) so they look for anyone, this is why they are so vulnerable and need an alpha to protect them from bad people. BUT with heat suppressants it can go away. also during the heat if the omega is not helped then they can begin to have physical and mental pains from no mate! :( which is really sad. that’s why they get heat suppressants to help them from the trouble
But in some cases an omega with an alpha mate will do it together. Heats can also send alphas into ruts. I think that heats make the omega more fertile as well, the whole point of the heat if for the omega to get a mate and or get pregnant.
