Okay here's what I'm thinking, Matt has less destructive power than X does at this point, but has more control and is more calm, making him able to think of a plan to subdue X (Not kill, cause they're friends) He would probably be able to break down his abilities in due time like he did with Mars(Source: WTUD Chapter 5), and if things get tough he'll use Ares armor.

Okay I'll explain Matt's feats in this form

He ran a 4 hours walk in 2 seconds
Able to break down peoples abilities after a couple minutes
Ripped out a mans arm in one clean motion
Able to pull his hand back with so much force is pulls the air in that direction towards him
Punched a man so hard his entire inner body (Bones, tissues, brains, all that stuff) turned into mush.
Was able to break armor made for the gods
Appeared in front of a man right after they blinked once

X abilities and feats in this form

-Flew at Zetsubō fast enough for him not to react when he was using Foresight
-Is able to swat away Magic abilities with his hands
-Overpowered Zetsubō in muscle who was able to easily overpower bulldozer, who canonically beat Steel in an arm wrestle
-Zetsubō's Scythe which is able to cut through God's only stabbed a few inches into him
-His Nova Energy is amplified with Outburst and The Mantra Release
-Mantra Release is able to allow him to control the power of his Energy and Mana/Mantra
