I'm a tame impala fan as mentioned in my tagline, but that's an opinion thing. I just abhor sped up music. remixes that speed the music up are much better than the original song being speed up, because just speeding up f**ks up the beat and shit.

What if the remix speeds it up tho

They often remake a beat and just speed up the melody and vocals so it might sound good. When you speed up the song itself it f**ks the beat up cos it just becomes high pitched random noise.

Same as the sped up ones. I have an example for that too. Borderline by Tame impala is my favorite song, and it has a remix by Blood Orange which is slowed down but has a new slow beat, sounds way better than the song's "slowed" version
