I hate the gym, it rises my T levels, makes my muscles look more male, but gotta be strong for my gf ^^ | I need help: In the book I'm writing I mention the inquisition. In spanish we use two names for it: "La Santa Inquisición" informally and "El Santo Oficio" as a more formal way to mention it. Is it common fory'all to call the inquisition the holy office or smth like that or should I just say the inquisition? Dreading the gym; here comes the sun

erm actually
you're wrong
fun fact: making yourself look big (t posing, stretching) temporarily increases testosterone. making yourself small (curling up into a ball) decreases it temporarily

Exercising increases testosterone. The simulation of the fight or flight response and the breaking of muscle fibers makes the body generate more T.
The jerking off increase is temporary, and, in the long run, may even reduce T as the body gets more peaks and valleys of testosterone prescence.

so you're saying that if you want to have little testosterone you just have to jerk off a lot?

not really. Like in the long run it stabilizes. More like if you want your T levels to be unstable AF, jerk off every ~20 mins.
