Probably Lucifer as Death (since he is fond of him, one-sided fondness because Death is sick of babysitting his ass), Raphael as Famine (because the first time we see him, he's in a wheelchair like Famine, IDK why), Gabriel as Pestilence (because they both have a colorful sense of humor and Pestilence was probably the fun uncle), and Michael as War (because War is a family man and Michael would do anything for his brothers). It would make sense.
