Well, I fail to see a reason as to not to do it. Overpopulation is becoming a problem, society has imposed a kind of system in which humans have a value based on their contribution and the system does not need the single person to live if the general mass continues to do so.

Housing isn't a problem. There's plenty of space. Housing *prices*, yes. But we've got tons of space.

Starvation and whatnot is an issue. CANNIBALISM is not the solution. We have plenty of food to go around. People starve when that food doesn't get where it needs to. Supply chains get interrupted for whatever reason (Weather, piracy, logistics issues, human error, etc), and people die. Same with water.

Lastly, I'd ask: Why not?

Why not? Pollution is getting out of control, there's a lack of housing and space in general, resources like water are low and food would be solved since human flesh is still just meat like beef or pork.
