For starters, at first glance the being (idfk if it's human or a demon or whatever) looks like it's in agony while playing the harp. It's blood it smeared on the strings as if it has need playing so hard that it injured itself, so much so the fingers are nearly black from bruising. Harps generally tend to represent peac, purity, and harmony. To see it painted in such a way is poetic and interesting. The being looks exhausted yet it is still playing the harp no matter how much it hurts.
