it just kind of sits there. you can drag around, it can sit on windows, play with the cursor. you can also pet it by quickly moving your cursor around it's head (doesn't have to be left and right or a circle). you can also set a timer for it so if you got timer on at that time it will pop up in your face and do a little animation. the software is called desktop mate and it's on steam if you wanna try it out.
