I'm using 11 right now, actually. I don't really see the drawbacks. Tor works fine, Nmap doesn't have issues, it works with my floppy drive and everything is pretty usable. Linux is the deeper system side, Mac is user oriented (though also money oriented), and Windows is right in the middle, offering a slate for both sides while working on a lot of haardware.

I mean I get why people like 11 but it's literally just reskinned 10 and I just don't like the style of it

Of course it is. One DLL and nothing more. But that could offer versatility to swap in your own DLLs for custom styles!
