see thats not how it works in my house
In my house my mom picks a day where you just force yourself to stay up for nearly 30 hours and then pass out at bedtime and then you're back on the normal schedule (even if that night's sleep wasn't enough)
So basically you just miss a day of sleep

yeah I'm still recovering from it today
and the thing is I actually ended up missing a potential road trip bc it just happened to be on the day my mom made me do that
and then I proceeded to stay up another 25 hours in a row to go out
