They just can't handle the sheer skill used in making it, nowadays they don't even use instruments, just synth

Yeah, they just use pre-made stuff on computers and that's why it all sounds the same
I mean, I listen to The Story of a Young Heart, by A Flock of Seagulls, or even a Duran Duran album, and I just think about all the time and effort put into it to make it sound good, and make it touch your heart and make you actually relate to it, then I hear the stuff that's played in stores and restaurants and I think "Why?"
