A pretty annoying dude. He did a LOT of bad things (ban evading multiple times, harassment, death threats, etc.) and he keeps coming back

I remember like last year or smth he did an erp w/ me (I did not consent btw) that I wasn't really comfortable with. And then like a few months ago he told me he was gonna r@pe one of my friends and then me.
