I don't think you understand. This user is trying to download a video, which could then be uploaded to the GIF maker as a file. I'm not sure if that's what they're trying to accomplish, but it still could be done.

Hm, in that case, sometimes the gif converter is buggy, sometimes it loads while the site runs, sometimes not and can only be used when fully loaded.
