No, they're both part of the deathwatch, which is made up of Marines from loyalist chapters that are the best, and pretty much only fight aliens. and the one on the left is an imperial fist, a loyalist

the coloring made it hard to tell for me. i have that left shoulder pauldron unlocked in SM2
