Most Russian dub animes that I've seen are a lot better than I expected them to be at first

Real i've seen some covers of katyusha sung by anime girls and the people who voices them are actually good

Those are different from the actual anime dubs though, I've made one or two anime covers for Russian songs myself, and they sound quite different
