its still kinda exclusive you see (fallout nerd sfx) the death angel is still spawnable via the admin panel
the character is the exact same as the death angel but it is not PER SAY the death angel it goes by a diffrent name using the same models as the death angel has. in a nutshell they just slapped a new name onto an existing model
