Eyedropper Tool

I am saying this now because there's an HTML-embedded Eyedropper tool in the works. Documentation here:

Even then, an eyedropper tool would probably be easy to implement even without the API.

That's because I know of online Eyedropper tools that work in browsers where the HTML-embedded Eyedropper API doesn't.

The API is just a nice addition for newbie programmers. But I doubt that Imgflip's devs are that inexperienced.
