1. has defeated many demon level threats (threat to a whole city) and some dragon level threats (threat to multiple cities) like gouketsu, boros, garou, etc., even a couple of god level threats (threats to humanity).
2. boros, who saitama defeated, was planetary, making Saitama above planetary
3. incredible physical ability (speed, strength, endurance, etc.)
4. is part of a gag manga, like with arale. arale is capable of sending someone as strong as vegeta through a wall for a gag, so the same should be available to saitama
5. scp 096 has no combat ability, probably best he can do is try and overwhelm or rip apart. also, it's very unlikely that scp 096 would ever breach containment in the first place

6. saitama is on the internet a lot, and has probably heard of the creepypasta. knowing that he is from a gag manga, he would probably get scared and try not to look at his face

Saitama he jumped to the earth from the moon in 0.75 seconds making him faster than light and if something is faster than the speed of light it’s mass becomes infinite making strength infinite so Saitama is infinitely strong against a Euclid class object so what wins a pale guy who can kill a human and is nearly indestructible or a guy who has LITERAL INFINITE STRENGTH how is this even debatable like a object that can be killed *weakness is the bones for shy guy* or infinite strength
