your brain can often get confused and excuse noises for voices sometimes

Not like voices, like I’ll be in a soundproof room (for guitar practice) and I’ll hear a light switch or footsteps or something

could just be auditory hallucinations

and it said it's caused from sometimes weed and lack of sleep, which I know your ass does both :/ (please get a healthy sleep schedule, bb 🥺)
